Manufactured from special High Carbon High Chrome steel and heat treated in an ultra modern heat treatment shop, the rolls are provided with maximum wear resistance and toughness for longer life. Thorough hardness is imparted to give maximum tonnage between two regrinds.

Profile of rolls is made on CNC lathe achieving an accuracy of 10 microns.
