OUR MANUFACTURING RANGE OF TURNKEY PROJECTS AS UNDER ENGINEERING PROJECT/PRODUCTS DIVISION:

This division spans the spectrum of Turnkey projects, which covers from project inception to completion. However, SERVODAY also undertaken any phase of projects according to the requirements of the company's customers, such as consultancy and design work through, to hook-up and commissioning plus purely project management. We specialized in the following Projects: -

  • Continuous fully automatic Solvent Extraction Plant with Seed/Cake Preparatory section for Cottonseed Oilcake, Groundnut Oilcake, Rapeseed Oilcake, Castorseed Oilcake, Neemseed, Oilcake, Ricebran, Sunflower Oilcake and Soyabeans, the capacity starts from 100 Tones Per Day to 500 Tones Per Day on Turnkey basis.

  • Edible and Non-Edible Oil Refining Plant for Cottonoil, Groundnut oil, Rapeseed oil, Castorseed oil, Soyabean oil, Sunflower oil, the capacity starts from 10 Tones Per Day to 500 Tones Per Day on Turnkey basis.

  •  Oilmilling Plant for Cottonseed, Groundnut, Rapeseed, Castorseed, Soyabeans and Sunflowerseed, the crushing capacity starts from 50 Tones Per Day to 500 Tones Per Day on Turnkey basis.

  •  Animal Feed Plant (Mill), capacity starts from 20 Tones Per Day to 300 Tones Per Day on Turnkey basis.

  •  Bauxite Calcination plant with Rotary Kiln, the capacity starts from 80 Tones Per Day.

  •  Mini Cement Plant of Vertical Shaft Kiln (VSK) technology, the capacity from 25 Tones Per Day to 500 Tones Per Day.

  •  Storage Tank farm complete with Piping and Pumping system for storing of Petroleum products, Edible Oil, Chemicals etc.  The capacity starts from 25 Tones to 2000 Tones each.

  •  Heavy Steel Structures, Self-supporting Chimney etc. as per our or customer's design and drawings.

  •  Cast Iron parts upto 1.5 Tone weight of single piece as per customer's design and drawings.

  •  Silo for Bulk Storage system with pneumatic and mechanical handling system like Belt Conveyors, Screw Conveyors, Flap Conveyors, Elevators etc. as per our or customer's design and drawings.

  •  Oxygen, Nitrogen and Acetylene (DA) Gas manufacturing Plant complete with installation and commissioning.

  •  Pressure Vessels and machinery for Chemical Plant, made from Stainless Steel of all grade and capacity, as per our or customer's design and drawings.
